Job Description:

Leading Courier Company is seeking a dynamic and reliable Sales Administrator to start ASAP.

 

Requirements:

Grade 12

Min 2 years experience in the Courier industry

Min 2 years experience in sales administration

Experience on Parcel Perfect

 

Responsibilities:

Typing of minutes

Daily/weekly & monthly reports

Handling of client queries

Assisting sales executive’s with quotations and client queries

Processing of orders

Following up on waybills

Conducting research on prospective clients

Scheduling appointments for reps via telesales

Filing

Adhoc duties as per management

Ordering of cages and bins for courier use

Salary: R6 500 – R7 000
