| Job Description: |
Company requires a mature, committed, hardworking and motivated individual to join their Human Resources team.
Contract position minimum of 12 Months.
This is an employment equity position preference will be given to AA candidates but not limited to.
Requirements: Matric National Diploma in Human Resources will be an advantage Minimum of 3 years working experience. MS Word 2003 MS Excel 2003 (Level 2) E-worx payroll (or a similar payroll package)
Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, Payroll General administration. HR relations and support. Capturing of leave, Updating of staff information on HR Information System, Updating and manage data on Time and Attendance, systems, Assist with the Recruitment Process, Placement of adverts, Liaising with Recruitment agents, Initial short-listing of CV’s, Arrange and coordinate interviews, Arrange medicals, Do reference checks, Prepare contracts and Job Descriptions Opening of new employee files Updating and managing of employee files General HR Administration: UIF, WCA, Training Documentation Assist with other general admin duties within Services Department
Salary: R7700 CTC
